Exchanges

Honor Country accepts returns for credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through the company website (www.HonorCountry.com) as long as the returned product is not visibly worn or damaged.  Custom embroidered good cannot be returned or exchanged unless the items received were different that what was authorized by the customer.   Embroidered goods of the same style ordered in quantities greater than five (5) pieces are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Returns

For a refund, the packing slip or invoice must be returned along with the product within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be made in the original form of payment. Please note that refunds to your credit card may take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to reflect on your statement.
Store credit only will be issued for items returned after 30 days for any reason.
We cannot be responsible for any returns lost during shipment back to us, therefore it is recommended that carriers such as UPS, FedEx be used or the US Postal Service with tracking specified.

Please include a note in your package indicating the size and style that you would like, in addition to a return address and telephone number. We will then send you the replacement product as soon as possible.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, you may contact us at (877) 289-4496 or Emailing Customer Service and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.
